Fairhavens Court

Fairhavens Court is a little piece of tranquillity set in the heart of Widnes. We have a thriving community of over 60s that enjoy living independently but with the added assurance that help is never too far away.

We have 45 bungalows available for rent to people over the age of 60. The bungalows were built in 1989 and are therefore modern and well maintained. The bungalows are close to all local services including all major supermarkets, post office, the bus station and the doctors surgery.

With regular Friends of Fairhavens meetings and other opportunities to connect with people, it is a great community to continue living out an active and independent lifestyle.

All the bungalows are linked to an emergency call system so tenants can access help at any time in an emergency 24/7. We have 2 part-time wardens, a benefits advisor & support worker, and a caretaker along with a management team who all ensure that Fairhavens Court remains a great place to live.
