Table Communities have a heart to reflect the way the Early Church in Acts 2 met together; meeting often, sharing with one another, eating together, learning from one another and supporting each other to become more like Jesus.
Table Communities meet during the week, in various places in our community; at church, homes, coffee shops etc.
Our Table Communities aim to help people know Jesus, grow like Jesus, and go with Jesus.
We recognise that people are at different places in their spiritual journey, which is why our Table Communities reflect a range of stages.
Alpha: a 10 week course, for anyone who is curious about God, and wanting to know more about the Christian faith.
Practicing the Way: an 8 week course, for anyone who wants to develop their faith.
Community Groups: small groups, gathering together to live out your faith. ***launching in the Summer of 2025***
Alpha is an opportunity for anyone who wants to explore life and faith in a safe place through informal conversation. At Alpha we meet once a week for 10 weeks to watch a short video and then have a discussion. Alpha is for anyone, whether you’ve been a Christian and want to learn more, never stepped foot in a Church before, or you’re unsure if God even exists, Alpha is the place for you.
Email [email protected] for more information or if you have any questions. We would love to see you there!
For more information about Alpha, you can visit their website.
We look forward to meeting you.

1. What does Alpha look like?
The group watch a 20 minute video and then discuss the content. People can ask questions and share life stories as much or as little as they want to. No questions are off limits.
2. I’m not a Christian or a member of the church – I’m not sure I even believe in God. Can I join?
Yes! Alpha is definitely for people who would say they aren’t yet Christians. And if you don’t like it after a week or two, you can simply stop attending. No one will be offended, no one will chase you up. You’re free to come and go as you feel.
3. Can I invite people who aren’t yet Christians to Alpha?
Absolutely! Alpha is all exploring what faith is, and who God is, so it’s a great introduction for anyone interesting in finding out more about Christianity.
4. When is the Alpha course?
Alpha usually runs on Monday nights at 7:30pm from the church building. Courses run in January and September. If you can’t make it to our next Alpha course, there are other course running in the local area; you can find an Alpha near you by clicking here.
5. I’ve done Alpha before, can I do it again?
Many people who have done Alpha before say that they learn something new every time. So it’s absolutely worth doing it more than once. And remember, Alpha is really all about reaching new people. So if you’re familiar with the course, you’re in a great place to invite your friends/family/neighbours.

The Practicing the Way Course features eight sessions of teaching, guided conversation, and spiritual exercises designed to lay a foundation for lifelong apprenticeship to Jesus. The Course is the on-ramp to the Practices and our other resources.
Over eight sessions, you’ll form a foundational understanding of intentional spiritual formation. We’ll explore how to follow Jesus in our busy, distracted, and increasingly secular culture.
Each 30-minute session is comprised of teachings, guided discussion, tutorials, and voices from experts.
We have five opportunities to join a practicing the way course, click the day below you are interested in signing up for:
We’re busy making plans for our revamped Community Groups… we’ll be sharing more information about them in 2025. For now, we recommend you sign up to either the Alpha Course, or Practicing the Way Course.
