Simon: Why Me?

Has something ever happened to you where you just think to yourself “why me”? What can we learn from Simon of Cyrene when he was forced to carry Jesus’ cross. 

Questions for Reflection:

1. Have you ever had a moment in your life, like Simon of Cyrene, where you just thought “Why me God”? 

2. In life, we often must carry our cross, how do you think we can carry it well?  

3. In the message, we spoke about how the cross we carry leads to a resurrection. How can we ensure that we keep that hope as we go through difficulty?
